Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to www.mowbotlawnsolutions.com and purchases from MowBot Lawn Solutions. Read them with our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate order, payment, and delivery details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, mileage, installation, materials, and other charges are disclosed at checkout or in your accepted quote or invoice.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not guarantee availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund amounts for merchandise or services we cannot provide. Substitutions or price changes require your agreement. Any deposit or payment schedule is stated in your quote or invoice.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Unused merchandise is eligible for a 100% merchandise-price refund within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Used merchandise is eligible for a 50% merchandise-price refund within 90 days. Customers pay return shipping; original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable after fulfillment. Labor and installation materials are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation is free before delivery or shipment. Payments for unperformed services are refunded; completed labor and installation materials already supplied or used remain nonrefundable, except as required by law. See our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy for the full process.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Local pickup is free. Delivery with paid installation is free within Lancaster County; a disclosed mileage charge may apply outside Lancaster County. Carrier shipping is charged separately.
Installation includes only the work stated in your quote or invoice. Electrical work, excavation, landscaping changes, internet service, or later changes to the mowing area are included only if expressly listed.
Provide safe, authorized access and identify known hazards, boundaries, irrigation equipment, and restricted areas. Unsafe work may be paused while we discuss next steps. Follow manufacturer instructions and safety requirements, perform routine inspection and maintenance, and keep people and animals clear as directed. Professional setup does not replace these responsibilities.
PERFORMANCE AND WARRANTIES
Mower performance depends on the model, property layout, slopes, obstacles, turf, weather, schedule, and required connectivity. Manufacturer specifications are subject to their stated conditions and do not guarantee identical results on every property.
Manufacturer warranties depend on the product's applicable written warranty. Contact us for warranty information and support. These terms do not eliminate responsibilities or warranties imposed on us by law.
Third-party apps, accounts, connectivity, and subscriptions may be required for particular features. Their providers control their terms and availability. These terms alone do not enroll you in a paid recurring service.
WEBSITE USE AND CHANGES
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. MowBot-owned content may not be commercially reproduced without permission; third-party names and materials belong to their owners.
Nebraska law governs to the extent permitted without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court otherwise available under applicable law.
Revised terms apply to future transactions when posted. Terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is separately agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
