Shipping and Delivery Policy

DELIVERY, PICKUP AND SHIPPING
Delivery is free with a paid installation within Lancaster County, Nebraska. A mileage charge may apply to locations outside Lancaster County and will be disclosed before you commit to the delivery. Delivery without paid installation is quoted separately.
Local pickup is free and arranged by appointment. Contact us to confirm the pickup location and time.
Carrier shipping is available for a fee. Available destinations, shipping charges, and any special handling requirements are provided at checkout or in your written quote before payment. Contact us if your destination is not listed.
SCHEDULING
Availability and shipment or delivery estimates are provided with your order or directly by us. Local delivery, pickup, and installation are scheduled with you. Carrier transit time is separate from order processing. We provide tracking when available.
If we cannot ship by the promised date, or within the applicable legal period when no date was stated, we will notify you and offer the required choice of accepting a delay or canceling for a prompt refund. We obtain delay consent and cancel/refund when required by law.
DELIVERY ACCESS
Provide an accurate address, reachable phone number, and gate or access instructions. Tell us about restricted access or unloading concerns before scheduling. Additional charges for requested changes or repeat delivery attempts will be disclosed and agreed before those services.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND RETURNS
Please report missing packages, transit damage, or incorrect deliveries promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Keep packaging and photos where practical.
Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping, delivery, and mileage charges are nonrefundable after fulfillment, except as required by law. Merchandise returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
