Manufacturer specifications

Pickup, delivery and installation: Local pickup is free by appointment. Delivery is free with paid installation within Lancaster County, Nebraska; a disclosed mileage charge may apply outside Lancaster County. Carrier shipping is available for a fee. Installation includes only the work stated in your quote or invoice.
Returns: Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery or pickup for a 100% refund of the merchandise purchase price actually paid. Used merchandise may be returned within 90 calendar days for a 50% refund of the merchandise purchase price actually paid.
Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping and delivery charges, including mileage charges, are nonrefundable after fulfillment. Labor and installation materials are nonrefundable. These exclusions are subject to remedies required by law.
Cancellations: Cancel without a cancellation fee before delivery or shipment. Payments for undelivered merchandise and unperformed services are refunded; completed labor and installation materials already supplied or used remain nonrefundable, except as required by law.
